Why can't we get a patch for Doom 3 BFG? Why should I pay 21.99 for BFG when i already own Doom3? Please some one let me know.
Also why is the game not so dark from all the vidoes i watch? Well as a Consumer of Doom 3, I should either get BFG free via patch or free in general 21.99 for the same game just revamped textures and added Bloom and what not ripoff in my opinion. Same thing as Q3 and Quake Live why Should I pay 21.99 for this and why should I pay monthly for Quake Live Pro also EA does the same crap with Battlefield free to play.

They didn't add mod support, but they greatly improved loading time, lightning, added armour-mounted flashlight, built-in RoE and new Lost Missions, multiplayer modes DM, TDM, CTF, LMS for 8 players, original DOOM games with vanilla look playable on modern OS without using third-party ports. Yeah, I'm sure it's worth to sacrifice mod support for all these, because it made BFG Edition perfected. Want to enjoy the remastered original game content, buy DOOM 3: BFG Edition. Want to be able to play with mods? Get the original DOOM 3 (2004).
