A few years ago I was given the Hal Leonard Score for Raiders of the Lost Ark and, as a project, I wanted to attempt to recreate some of this (around 1min 30 sec) using a dedicated track for each orchestral instrument (with a concession where the score referred to an orchestral section and HSO had such a section) To cut to the chase, I am revisiting the project and am having the problems I outline below. I'd really appreciate anyone's guidance on where to go next with this. Am hesitant to go to Logic X as my VST isn't supported and hence more cost but happy to be convinced this is the best/only option.
